bglandmarks.com is a web site for online shoping - a virtual information resource in INTERNET for sealing and delivering of the goods presented in it. The owner of bglandmarks.com is M-DESIGN Ltd., referred to as the SELLER.

Please read these conditions carefully before using the online shopping system of bglandmarks.com website.

Your Account
If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.
Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. You can access and update much of the information you provided us. 
The SELLER reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at his discretion. If the SELLER cancel an order, it will be without charge to the CUSTOMER.

Shopping procedure and ordering
Orders placed through the web site are considered an "offer to treat" until an official order confirmation /acknowledgement has been issued by the SELLER.
By ordering the CUSTOMER will be asked:
1. to give bill to information, address for delivery, contacts (phone #, e-mail).
2. to activate the order accepting all terms and conditions.
The customer will receive an e-mail for the goods purchased. It will contain the details of the purchase order: models, quantities, prices, total amount (excluding the shipping cost).
3. to confirm the order by e-mail


Prices and Payment
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT, but exclude transport and insurance.
The primary currency of bglandmarks.com online shop is Bulgarian Leva. The prices in EURO and USD are based on the price in BGN. The payment is in BGN or Euro through bank transfer or cash on delivery (in Bulgaria only).

Delivery
The goods purchased can be 
- taken in the office of the SELLER in Sofia
- delivered by express courier ECONT (in Bulgaria)
- delivered to every single destination all over the world by the terms and conditions of an international delivery company preferred by the customer.

The term of delivery depends on the availability of the goods. If the good purchased is on stock the delivery in the country is within 24 h after forwarding, reckoned from the day on which the payment is received.

For orders outside the country the terms and conditions of the international delivery company should be considered.

Warranty
The SELLER warranties that at the moment of delivery all goods provided do not have faults and are fit for the purpose.
After receiving of the goods, not later than 24 h, the customer shall check that they are free from defects and faults.
In case of faults the customer should inform the SELLER immediately about them.

Rights and Responsibilities
The SELLER is liable for the delivery on time at stock in Sofia.
The SELLER is NOT liable for delivery when the address and phone provided are incorrect.
The CUSTOMER may claim to return the goods when they do not correspond to the articles ordered. The SELLER should be informed within 24 h after the receipt of the goods. 
The CUSTOMER may claim to return the goods when the package has been damaged because of inappropriate delivery. In such case the customer SHOULD NOT sign the shipping papers which accompany the delivery and should inform the Seller immediately.


Privacy
The SELLER will treat all CUSTOMER’s personal information as confidential and are committed to protect his privacy. The information about the CUSTOMER will be used lawfully, in accordance with the data protection laws in Republic of Bulgaria.
The SELLER confirm that any personal information provide by the CUSTOMER will be used for the following purposes only: 
• Processing of orders 
• For statistical purposes to improve this website and its services
• To serve and administer the website content
If the CUSTOMER consents the SELLER should notify him of products or special offers that may be of interest to him.
