The Movie
Interesting, fascinating and in different languages the movie leads to places and events, which left their track in the history. The topic of the documentary reflects the statement of modern authorities in the field. Among the narrators are Prof. Nikolai Ovcharov – the head of the archeological team making the excavation in the Thracian sanctuary near the village of Tatul, in the ancient stone city Perperikon, as well as in the monastery “St. John the Precursor” – the center of the Bishop’s residence Achridos. About the rich cultural and historical heritage of the East Rhodopae region speaks Pavel Petkov – the director of the Regional museum in Kardjaly.
