In Troyan monastery can be seen the icon of the Holy Virgin Mary with Three Hands.The legend says that the icon was brought from Mount Athos by a monk. It should have been taken in Romania. However, every time when the monk tried to go on his way, his horse stumbled and fell down and the icon stayed here for ever.
